Maître Alissa Pelatan a été invité pour intervenir à la conférence sur le "Legal Framework for Financial Sustainability of Non-Profit Organizations" organisée par ICNL et USAID. La conférence a eu lieu à Almaty, Kazakhstan, les 4 et 5 décembre.
Elle a co-animé avec Asel Kubanychbekova, directeur exécutif de l’Association des Entrepreneurs Sociaux à Kirghizistan, un atelier sur les entreprises sociales internationales.
Maître Pelatan a présenté les développements en Europe concernant le droit des entreprises sociales, sa définition en Europe, ainsi que quelques exemples de formes et statuts juridiques (France, UK, etc).
Alissa Pelatan was invited to speak at the ICNL and USAID Conference on the Legal Framework for Financial Sustainability of Non-Profit Organizations. The conference was held in Almaty, Kazakhstan on 4 and 5 December.
She co-hosted with Asel Kubanychbekova, Executive Director of the Association of Social Entrepreneurs in Kyrgyzstan, a workshop on international social enterprises. Alissa Pelatan presented the developments in Europe concerning the law of social enterprises, its definition in Europe, as well as some examples of legal forms and status (France, UK, etc.).
