Geared toward senior level lawyers, this day-long event will allow participants to take a deep dive into specific challenges they are facing within their impact investing practice. Topics will include structuring impact deals, embedding impact metrics and incentives, cross-border transactions, and exiting investments."
This year, AMP Avocat attended the Conference on behalf of ESELA on July 2nd in London. Since its inception in 2009, the GIIN has supported the development of and raised awareness for the emerging field of impact investing by building a strong network of investors and leaders. This year's Annual Survey has received inputs from more than two hundred stakeholders from across the globe.
